Constraint based Reporting for Optiwise 4.0
Reports can be generated by Optiwise rule engine. Optiwise provides highly customizable and configurable reporting possible. Reports can now be deployed into Optiwise library. Optiwise supports constraint-based reports based on constraints defined under Optiwise rule engine. Supports association of more than one report to an item version. The idea is to associate one or more reports to an item. When the item's interface, ie; a variant or attribute, changes, the report will be generated and the user will be notified via e-mail and/or messenger. Moreover, Optiwise provides report generation during stipulated time intervals. Here the report engine generates reports and e-mail them to destined users in time intervals defined for the template.
Future releases of Optiwise will support pager and sms notifications.

Optiwise Exchange Engine
The Optiwise flexible exchange engine enables exchanging product information with other information systems, such as Product Data Management (PDM) or Requirement Management (RM) systems. Optiwise™ Exchange is used when the same information is needed in multiple systems, for example in Optiwise™ and in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. Optiwise™ can also be integrated with any sales configuration systems that contain or require the same information as an Optiwise™ library.
